Easter at Home

We woke up bright and early to attend Easter mass.  I love the priest at San Antonio Catholic Church because his homilies are always so entertaining.  He always starts off with jokes that brings tears to my eyes.  Who said church was boring?  Anyway, after mass, we rushed home, and had a quick egg hunt for Michael while it was drizzling.  He was sooo excited!  He knew that daddy hid the eggs, so there is no Easter bunny in this household.  What is the connection between the bunny and Easter anyway?  Somebunny fill me in. LOL.

 

He was in awe when he found his Easter basket.  He got a Thomas the Train book with music, a new Mobigo game, an inflatable ball, microphone, crayons, snacks, and eggs filled with little knick-knacks.  Oh and money!

He collected $12.67 from the eggs.

Then we were off to Grandpa and Nana’s house for food and more Easter fun.
