Eisenhower Park

Michael and I visited Eisenhower Park in Orange just before meeting daddy for lunch.  It was such a beautiful park filled with grassy hills, a creek that leads down to a lake with little fish and ducks, and a nice playground.  It’s a nice park for a picnic and to take a stroll around because of the big trees that provide lots of shade.  I’m surprised we haven’t visited this park and yet, we live so close to it.

Michael brought a huge bag of dinner rolls to feed the hungry ducks.  These ducks aren’t afraid of you; they come really close and would probably eat from your hand.

He practiced pitching by throwing the pieces of bread.

He ran across the many bridges that hovered over the stream.

Doesn’t this park look so nice?  We were too hungry that we skipped the playground today, but we’re definitely gonna visit this park again.
