Every Monday morning until September, Bella Terra hosts a Kids Club concert in the little amphitheater located outside the movie theaters. I thought it would be fun for Michael and Ethan to dance and sing along to kids songs, and it’s free! This place was the ultimate mommy & kids club – the amphitheater was packed! When we walked in, a nice man spotted me and said I looked new to the place, and he handed me raffle tickets for the raffle that took place at the end of the show. Michael was in charge of the tickets, and I had a feeling he was going to be a lucky winner because he won! He won a $10 giftcard to Pei Wei - an Asian restaurant. They gave out multiple prizes each of which were $10 to a local eatery. CPK was offering a free kid’s meal with every purchase of an entrée and raffle ticket submission, so that’s where we had lunch. Even though the boys didn’t show much interest in singing and dancing, they had a great time running around the amphitheater. I was kind of disappointed at Bella Terra’s design; I was expecting something more like the Spectrum or the Shoppes. I guess because there’s not much to do there, all the mommies and kids disappeared right after the show.

The little girl’s grandma left her with us while she got a coupon book. Kathy and I noticed she had an opened bottle of wine in her purse! Great babysitting…
We played inside Carter’s to enjoy the nice AC. Ethan and Michael ran around, screamed, and threw legos everywhere!
