We went to Disney’s California Adventures to check out the new Little Mermaid ride. They had a sneak preview for annual passholders…and we still waited in line for 45 minutes! It was such a neat ride! They take you on such a positive and happy adventure, unlike all dark and scary the Fantasyland rides.
Then we got hungry and toured the Sourdough bread making factory, and enjoyed a sample of bread.
Then we spent the rest of the evening at the Animation Academy where we talked with Crush and learned to draw Piglet from Winnie the Pooh.
Carmel’s Piglet was the best out of our bunch.
This was Jason’s version. He’s not a sketcher. What he puts down on paper is the final product.
And I drew a fat pig. I somehow forgot we were drawing piglet. LOL
Michael was in the class too! He scribbled, banged his pencil on the pad, and kept yelling “UH OH!” as he poked holes in his paper and broke the pencil tip.
We will definitely be visiting this area more often! It is just too neat!
